Quick reference
Mention syntax, state and type lists, keyboard shortcuts and system limits, all on one page.
Mention syntax
| Syntax | What it points to |
|---|---|
@task.<number> |
A task (by its task number) |
@collection.<name> |
A whole collection |
@collection.<name>.<id> |
One specific record (UUID or record number) |
@file.<name> |
A file, always its latest state |
@file.<name>.v<N> |
One specific past state of the file |
@agent.<name> |
An agent, and written in a human comment it runs that agent |
@user.<username> |
A user |
@flow.<name> |
A flow (the old @schedule. spelling is still recognised) |
@calendar.<name> |
A calendar event |
A mention is a pointer, not a copy. The content is not injected into the context automatically, and the agent pulls it with the matching
read_*tool when it needs it. More in Memory and context.
Clicking a mention. Clicking a mention inside text takes you to what it points to. Tasks, collection records and files open in a side panel over the page you are on, so you never lose your place. Collections, agents, flows and calendar events open on their own page. The header of the side panel carries a link to where that thing belongs, which is the project for a task and the collection for a record.

Built-in tools
There are 54 built-in tools. For the full list and their groups, see Tools and integrations.
The four things that trigger execution
- Moving a task into Queued
- An
@agent.<name>mention in a human comment - A flow trigger (cron, reminder or event)
- An HTTP POST from an external system to an inbound trigger
Nothing else runs an agent.
