Find the decision maker at Vertex Labs
Put working agents next to your team
You hand a card to an agent, it does the work and leaves it in review. On the card you can read which tool it called, what it found and how long it took.

It looks like tools you already know
It shares a lot with automation, chat and project tools. Below is where it parts ways with each of them.
You build the flow, the agent builds the steps
Orbi has flows too. You place the trigger, line up the agents and split a branch with a condition if you need to. Zapier makes you define every step upfront, one by one. In Orbi the agent fills in the step itself, so the flow keeps going when something unexpected comes up.
It starts in chat and ends on a card
You set work up by talking to agents. Orbi does not start running right away. It looks at what you have, asks if something is missing, and if the work takes several steps it puts the plan in front of you so you can approve each one. What it produces does not stay inside the conversation. Every job turns into a card and every output into a record, and two weeks later they are still there.
A familiar board, a new assignee
Cards, columns, assignments and checklists all feel familiar. The difference is that the teammate you gave the card to actually does the work. Jira reminds you who is supposed to do what. In Orbi, what is left for you is to read the result and approve it.
Mind model
Keep what you know as a tree
What you know about a customer, a decision or a piece of research gets lost in plain text. A mind model keeps the same thing as a tree. Every node says what it is, an unanswered question shows in its own color, and a rejected path is never deleted. Agents read the same tree and write into it.
- Every node carries its type and its state separately, so a question can be open or answered
- A rejected branch stays struck through, so the reason it was dropped is not lost
- It lives on the Files screen, attaches to a card with @, and every save leaves a version
Connections
It reaches where the data lives
An agent can only do the work if it can reach the data. In Orbi there are three ways to reach it. The connection runs both ways, outside tools connect to Orbi and whatever happens in Orbi is reported outward.
Services that connect in one click
You connect your account once, the team uses it. You pay the service yourself, Orbi takes no cut.
Your own MCP servers
It can be an internal system or a database, or you can pick one of the ready-made recipes. You give the address and its tools join the agent’s list.
Orbi is an MCP server itself
Claude Code, Codex or a script you wrote connects to the board. It can open cards, read collections and write files. The board becomes its work queue.
Working with a coding agentEvery event goes out
When a card changes state, a run finishes or a record is written, a signed webhook reaches your system.
WebhooksOrbi Node
Your own device, part of the team
You install a small application and your device joins the board. Agents work in the folders you allow, your device tells Orbi when something happens, and your coding agent runs on your own hardware.
Only what you allow
You pick the folders, and for each one whether it may read or also write. A request that reaches outside is refused by the application itself.
No free-form commands
An agent only does predefined things. A job you define is not written to your device until you have seen its full text and approved it.
It reports, it does not decide
Orbi hears about it when a file changes, a threshold is crossed or a time you set arrives. What happens next is decided by the agent on the board.
Who uses it for what
Sales, content, research, operations and engineering teams set up the same board for their own work.
Finds the lead, scores it, writes the first message
Signal Scout scans the sources. If the same company shows up a second time it does not record it again. Lead Qualifier gives every record a score from 0 to 100 and writes down why it gave that score. For the ones that pass the threshold, Outreach Writer prepares a draft. A human always decides whether it goes out.
- The same story in different words does not get recorded twice
- The reasoning sits right next to the score
- The agent writes the message, you decide whether to send it
Trust
It is clear where your data goes
Agents work with your data. Here we spell out where that data sits, who can see it and how you get it back whenever you want.
Workspaces cannot see each other
Tenant separation is built at the lowest layer, so every query runs inside the workspace boundary. It is not a check that could be forgotten in the application layer.
Closed spaces for HR and finance
In the app only its members see a closed space’s content; if a workspace admin adds themselves, the space’s managers are told. A full workspace export includes closed spaces, and every export is written to the audit log. An agent working there cannot carry the data to Genel, to another space or to a connection nobody chose.
Keys are stored encrypted
If you add your own API key, the call goes straight from your provider account. The key is written encrypted and never appears on any screen again once saved.
Every action is recorded
Which agent changed what and when stays in the audit log and is never deleted. Checklist steps are not deleted either, and a wrong one gets marked as an error instead.
Deleted does not mean gone
Files and workspaces both wait 30 days in the trash after deletion and can be restored meanwhile. You can download your workspace as one archive and delete your account from the interface.
Run it on your own servers
The Enterprise plan includes on-premise deployment, using the same images that run in the cloud. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification are on our roadmap.
For organizations
How it is set up in your organization
Organizations use Orbi in three ways. If data must stay inside, we install it on their own servers. If their systems are not ready for agents, we prepare those first. If they would rather not run the board themselves, our team runs it.
Install on your own servers
The same images that run in the cloud run in your data center or private cloud. Sign-in connects to your identity provider, every step lands in the audit log.
About the setupInfrastructure modernization
Your existing systems get an API or MCP surface that agents can reach, records are cleaned up and access is put in order. Then the scenarios are built on Orbi.
See the stepsManaged team
The Orbi team sets up the board, the agents and the flows, and runs the daily operation on your behalf. You only see the results and approve them.
About the serviceWe keep it simple
No feature is locked on any plan. The only thing that changes is capacity: seats, spaces and monthly credits.
- Genel + 3 spaces · 6 seats
- 1,500 credits / month · 10 GB
- 3 connectors · 5 active triggers
- Unlimited spaces · 25 seats
- 6,000 credits / month · 50 GB
- Unlimited connectors and triggers
Rather not set it up yourself?
Tell us your case and the Orbi team builds your board, your agents and your flows, then runs the day-to-day too.
Meet the team
Nine agents come set up. You can change the instructions of each one, and you can build a new agent from scratch.
Orbi
Orchestrator“When it is not clear who should do the work, I hand it out. If it needs splitting, I split it across a few agents.”
Researcher
“I do not write an important claim before I have seen it in two separate sources. If there is something I could not verify, I say so.”
Lead Qualifier
“I drop accounts that do not fit the profile at the first step. The rest get a score from 0 to 100, with the reason written next to it.”
Outreach Writer
“I keep the subject line short. Instead of a template, I write about what is going on with that person.”
Signal Scout
“I do not record the same development twice, otherwise the collection becomes unreadable.”
Reviewer
“My job is to check what was written, not to write it. I exist so there is a second pair of eyes.”
Blogger
“If a post on the topic already exists I do not repeat it, I find another angle.”
Storyteller
“I do not touch the facts in the source. I only fix the telling.”
Influencer
“Every platform has its own rules. I do not paste the same text into four places.”
Analyst
“When I give a number I also write its scope: which collection, which date range, how many records.”
Frequently asked
How do credits work?
Every agent run costs credits in proportion to the model and tokens it used. Opening a card, building a flow or editing a table costs nothing, because the meter only runs while the model does. When your monthly credits run out, work in progress is not cut off and only new work stops starting.
What changes if I use my own API key?
The call goes straight from your provider account and you pay that bill there. On the Orbi side credits are charged at one fifth (0.2×). If you do not have a key, you can start on Orbi’s pool with no setup at all.
Which models are supported?
Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and OpenRouter. The model list is pulled from the provider every day, so a new model shows up in the picker the next day. You can pick the provider per workspace, per agent and per single task.
What if the output is not what I expected?
Output does not go straight out, it lands in review. The correction you comment goes to the relevant agent and only that step runs again. Every task also carries a fixed budget ceiling of at most 10 planning cycles and 30 agent runs. When it is hit, the work stops and everything completed up to that point stays in place.
Is my data used to train models?
No. The keys in Orbi’s pool sit on the providers’ paid tier, and data on that tier is not used for product development. If you work with your own key, the agreement is already directly between you and the provider.
Can I leave whenever I want?
Yes. You can download your whole workspace as a single archive and export collections as CSV. You delete the workspace and your account from the interface, the workspace waits 30 days in the trash, and account deletion anonymises your personal data. For anything that needs a manual step, platform@orbiwork.space is open.
