Terms of service
The rules that apply when you use Orbi, what each side is responsible for, and the limits of the service.
Scope
These terms apply to everyone using the Orbi platform. By using the service you accept them.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your sign-in details, and tell us if you notice unauthorised access.
You are responsible for what the people you invite to your workspace do, within the roles you give them.
To use the service you must be 18 or over, or authorised to enter into an agreement on behalf of your organisation.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, in ways that infringe the rights of others, or to collect data without permission.
Sending unsolicited bulk email, distributing malware or attempting to overload the platform is prohibited.
Complying with the terms of the third-party services you connect is your responsibility.
Agent output
Agents in Orbi run on artificial intelligence models. Their output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
Verifying what an agent produces before you rely on it is your responsibility. No consequential decision, legal, financial or medical above all, should rest on unverified agent output.
You are responsible for actions taken within the permissions you grant to agents, such as sending an email, creating a record or changing something in a connected system.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. When you change plan, the difference is calculated against the time left in the period.
You can cancel at any time; the service stays open until the end of the period you have paid for.
Charges for third-party services you connect belong to those services, not to us. You connect with your own account and pay from your own subscription.
Your content
Everything you upload to and produce in your workspace belongs to you. Beyond the limited processing needed to provide the service, we claim no rights over it.
We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models.
Availability
We work to keep the service running without interruption, but cannot guarantee there will be none. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
The availability of connected third-party services is outside our control.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data. In any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms.
How long data is kept after closure is set out in the privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
When these terms change, the date at the top of the page is updated; significant changes are announced by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
