Buyer and how the agreement is formed
The buyer is the individual or company that opens the Orbi account and enters their details at checkout.
The agreement is formed the moment you confirm the amount on the checkout screen and complete the payment. Before you pay, that screen shows the plan you are buying, the amount, the billing interval and the next renewal date.
What is being sold
What is sold is online access to the Orbi platform. Nothing physical is shipped.
There are two kinds of purchase. The first is a subscription: the plan you choose opens the capacities and the monthly credit quota for one workspace. The second is a credit pack: a one-off purchase added to your balance.
The plan belongs to the workspace. If you have several workspaces, each is billed separately.
Price, currency and payment
Prices are set in US dollars (USD) and shown inclusive of tax on the checkout screen. Current prices are published on the Pricing page.
A subscription is billed monthly or yearly; you choose the interval at purchase. Paying yearly costs ten months' worth.
Payment is taken by card through the payment institution's infrastructure. Your card details never reach us and are not stored by us.
Performance and term
The service is available the moment the payment is approved; there is no separate delivery period.
Unless cancelled, the subscription renews by itself at the end of the period on the interval you chose, and the same amount is charged. The renewal date and amount are always written on the Plan page in the app.
You cancel from the Plan page. When you cancel, your subscription runs unchanged to the end of the current period; after that the workspace drops back to the Free plan and your data is not deleted.
Right of withdrawal
For digital content and services whose performance begins immediately with the buyer's consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Because the service opens the moment you confirm payment, this exception applies, and you accept it explicitly on the checkout screen.
The refund terms we apply despite this exception are set out in the Refund and cancellation policy; the rights granted there form part of this agreement.
Disputes
For complaints and requests, please write to the email address above first; it is the fastest route to a resolution.
Buyers who are consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the statutory monetary limits.
