What your team can reach
An agent can only do the work if it can reach where the data lives. Orbi gives it three ways in: built-in tools that need no setup, services you connect in one click, and MCP servers you add yourself.
Connect in one click
Connecting needs an admin, using it does not. A connection belongs to an account, so you connect Google once and Gmail and Calendar share it. You pay the service from your own account and Orbi takes no cut.
Gmail
Search the inbox, read mail and send it.
Google Calendar
List events and create new ones.
Google Meet
List finished meetings and read their transcript. A flow starts when a meeting ends and its transcript is ready.
Outlook
Search the mailbox, read and send mail. List and create calendar events.
Microsoft Teams
List teams and channels, read channel messages, post to a channel.
Slack
List channels, read messages and post as Orbi. The bot only sees channels it was invited to.
Telegram
Send messages to a chat with your own bot. An incoming message or command starts a flow.
Jira
Search issues with JQL, read them, create them and add comments.
Confluence
Search pages, read them and create new ones.
HubSpot
Search and add contacts, see deals, leave a note on a contact or a deal.
Zoom
See upcoming and past meetings, schedule one, reach the recording of a finished meeting.
GitHub
Read pull requests and their diffs. A PR that mentions a card shows its status on the card, and a flow can start when a PR is opened or merged. Orbi never pushes code.
Zapier
Send an event to a "Catch Hook" Zap you built. One-way: Orbi triggers Zapier, and the Zap runs whatever steps you gave it.
Ready-made MCP recipes
MCP is the open standard agents use to reach outside services. Pick one from the list and its name, address and connection type are filled in for you. All that is left is connecting your account.

No setup needed
Opening a card, writing to a collection, reading a file, putting an event on the calendar and searching the web to read the page it found are there in every workspace. You choose which agent may use which connection. The orchestrator sees them all, and every other agent sees only what you grant.
